wine with a friend - spelt frend

Its wednesday and I can't right - I mean write. just having a glass or five with my mate Amy-ski. Who is from Poland; for the purposes of this conversation. She is 29 feet tall and likes marmite but prefers chickens. Anyway - sorry its been a while. I got let out yesterday for behaviour. And will now be able to write more about my time at the convent and other things I have not dared confess these past weeks.
Officer Graham said he was impressed how I had got myself back into shape. Now considering Officer Graham does not exist I think thats pushing it... mind you he has always looked out for me... I think.... back to the story. Amy-ski picked me up from Balham station this evening as she believed I was the "keeper of the ring" ( I haven't told her I'm not yet, awaiting confirmation, so keep this to yourselves) anyway we have had some lovely pasta and some white wine. She is out of the room right now polishing her porcelane dog ("Brian D'Cough" - who is a very impressive French Poodle) and will be back shortly - which is difficult when you are 29 feet tall. This week has been quite perturbing which is difficult for me to type when my thumb is 4 inches thick.... but I digress once more...its been tricky. Monday was a whore of a day. Selling out on the sun from onset (sunrise). Miserable clouds hung over my head like Arsene Wenger checking your maths homework. Tuesday was like a pretty girl who you wish to have a relationship with but can only manage to have one warm drink because the chemistry just ain't there.... darn. Wednesday arrived all cold and impatient. Late... like "where have you been...do you like my snow". We do but it would have been appreciated more to frame our Christmas. But you are here now to sprinkle the days with white powder. STONEHENGE. STONEHENGE. Flash back. Pause. My breath is like smoke in the chill and there is a chill in the "ol' smoke". Talk soon here comes Amy-ski BYE!

I can't get no sleep....

Am I the only one suffering from sleep depravation this week...?

"Baby steps" are the exact words to describe my trot around the park last night evening. It was a hard slog even when motivated by Guns N Roses. 15 minutes was enough. I could see the same desperate looks on passers by.... or were they just astonished at my breathing noises. (I only realised the state of my breathing once I took my head phones out).

I feel like the Rocky in Rocky VI. Hopefully I will feel like a younger Rocky in a few weeks time......

Today is the first day back at work. Why does this always seem like a big deal....? I must not complain as I was given a rise...much to everyone puzzlement...

New Year 2007

New Year, you know who your friends are. Lisa and Deanne came to my rescue. All I could offer was wine and vol-au-vons

Jan 2 2007

Today I begin my blog. "Baby steps" for me as this is all new. Perhaps this should be my mantra for the new year.
